Watch: World’s oldest gorilla celebrates 65th birthday at zoo

At 65 years old, the world’s oldest gorilla celebrated her birthday at the Berlin Zoo. She also got a delicious present which she can be seen enjoying in the video.

The zoo shared an adorable video of Fatou on Twitter. The caption read, “Many thanks to our keepers for this great birthday cake. Fatou liked it! #HappyBirthday #Gorilla #ZooBerlin”

Many people on social media have wished her a happy birthday.

“Fatou is almost something of a living legend,” a spokesperson for Zoo Berlin wrote in an email to Fox News Digital.

“Not only in Berlin, but also beyond the borders of Europe, she has a large fan community that regularly inquires about the condition of the senior gorilla,” Zoo Belin’s email continued.

“Little Fatou came to Berlin Zoo when she was only about two years old. There she is now celebrating her 65th birthday, making her the oldest gorilla in the world.”
