BNP in closed door meeting

To know the opinion in order to fix the political strategy ahead of the upcoming twelfth election BNP acting chairman Tarique Rahman sat in a closed-door meeting with the party’s vice chairman and advisers.

The meeting started at 4 pm on Tuesday at the chairperson’s office in Gulshan.

What will the BNP do in the current situation, what should be the strategy of the movement, what needs to be done to make the field organization more active- The acting chairman of the party will take the opinion of the leaders on these issue.

BNP secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir told reporters, What should we do in the movement to review the overall political situation in the country and restore democracy- The meeting has been called to seek the views of the leaders on those issues.

A total of 62 people, including the vice chairman and the chairperson’s adviser, are taking part in the first day’s meeting on Tuesday. Among the vice chairmen are Shahjahan Omar, Hafiz Uddin Ahmed, Altaf Hossain Chowdhury, Mahmudul Hasan, Mir Nasir Uddin, Barkat Ullah Bulu, Abdul Awal Mintu, Shamsuzzaman Dudu, Joynal Abedin, Nitai Roy Chowdhury, Shawkat Mahmud and others.

The meeting was chaired by Tarique Rahman and was attended by BNP secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, standing committee members Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain and Gayeshwar Chandra Roy,and Iqbal Hasan Mahmud Tuku are present.

Syed Emran Saleh Prince of BNP central office, Taiful Islam Tipu, Munir Hossain, Belal Ahmed and ABM Abdus Sattar of the chairperson’s office and Riaz Uddin Nasu is in the meeting.
