Corona deaths have increased in the country, the number of identities has decreased

In the last 24 hours (from 8 am on Tuesday to 8 am on Wednesday), 51 people have died of corona infection in the country. At this time one thousand 901 new patients have been identified.

This information was given in a notification of the health department on Wednesday afternoon. Although the number of patients identified has decreased compared to the previous 24 hours, the number of deaths has increased. With that, the detection rate has also increased slightly. In the previous 24 hours, 35 people died in Corona. As for daily deaths it was the lowest in three months. Less than 30 deaths were reported on June 7 after the Corona Delta-type crackdown began in the country.

According to the Department of Health, the number of patients identified in the previous 24 hours was 2,074. The patient identification rate was 6.54 percent, the lowest in six months. The patient detection rate was lower than that on March 13, when the detection rate was 6.26 percent as compared to the sample test in the previous 24 hours. In the last 24 hours, the patient identification rate was 6.64 percent. At this time 28 thousand 615 samples were tested.

According to the notification of the Department of Health, the total number of patients diagnosed with corona in the country so far is 15 lakh 36 thousand 341.

A total of 27,058 people have died in Corona in the country. And 14 lakh 90 thousand 541 people have recovered so far after being infected with corona. 3,873 people have recovered in the last 24 hours.

In the last 24 hours, 20 people have died in Dhaka division. 11 people died in Chittagong. The rest are from other departments. Of the 51 people killed in the last 24 hours, 32 were men and 19 were women.
