Star Cineplex reopens Oct 25
Country’s popular cinema theater Star Cineplex is set to reopen from Friday after a seven month blackout on screen amid corona pandemic.
Reopening of the multiplex will be marked by a ‘meet the press’ event and premiere show screening of the movies Mulan and Tenet, said a press release. Gates will open at 6pm and the movie screenings on 7pm.
The government allowed all cinema halls in the country to reopen from October 16 after being closed for more than six months as a move to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus.
Earlier, Star Cineplex management said they will start operations from October 23 to take all necessary preparations to ensure the safety of the visitors and their employees.
Star Cineplex was closed from March 19 due to the outbreak of corona virus. At the same time all the other cinema halls of the country were also closed.
