Nasrul Hamid emphasizes the need for enhancing customer service quality

Minister of State for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Nasrul Hamid said, 100 percent implementation of RADP in the present context is quite good and it should be continued.

The state minister said that to provide a better service for the general people the quality of customer service should be increased with prompt decisions. Team initiatives and supervision should be strengthened to implement projects quickly.

Nasrul Hamid further said that these things about the implementation of 100 percent RADP in the “Implementation Progress Review of Power Department Development Projects from July 2022 to June 2023” meeting on Sunday.

He added that 100 percent implementation of RADP in the present context is quite good and it should be continued. In fact, customer satisfaction is our main goal. It is necessary to increase the planned communication activities to strengthen the existing trust relationship with the customers.

It is mentionable that in the 2022-23 fiscal year, the allocation against 71 projects under the annual development program was Tk28,319.72 crores. The financial cost is Tk28,400.30 crore.

The financial progress rate is 100.28 percent while progress as per ceiling is 101.58 percent and physical progress is 100 percent. Financial progress was also 101.90 percent in 2021-22 fiscal year.
