Swachchasebak League pays homage to Bangabandhu

Bangladesh Awami Swechchhasebak League paid rich tributes to Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on Tuesday. With this, the organization started its programme in March, the month of independence.

The leaders and activists of the ruling Awami League wing – led by its’ President Nirmal Ranjan Guha and General Secretary Afzalur Rahman Babu – paid their homage by placing a floral wreath at the portrait of the Father of the Nation in front of Bangabandhu Memorial Museum at Dhanmondi road-32 in the capital at 12.01am.

They also observed a minute of silence in memory of the martyrs.

Swechchhasebak League vice presidents Md. Abdur Razzak and Abdul Alim Bepari, organizing secretaries AFM Mahabubul Hasan Mahabub and Abid Al Hasan, Office Secretary Azizul Haque Aziz, Publication and Publicity secretary AKM Monoarul Islam Bipul and many other leaders and activists of Central and Dhaka Metropolitan North-South were also present on the occasion.
