Bangladesh made INTERPA vice president

In a major achievement for the country’s police department, Bangladesh has been jointly elected the vice president of the executive council of the International Association of Police Academies (INTERPA).

Qatar has been made the other vice president of the INTERPA, an international organization of police training institutions of different countries.

Under the management of Police Staff College Bangladesh, Bangladesh gained the feat at the general meeting of the 11th Interpa Annual Conference on Tuesday, the second day of the three-day event being taken place in Dhaka.

Headquartered in Turkey, INTERPA has 63 countries as its members currently.
