No solid evidence on Fardin murder; nothing can be said yet: Home Minister
Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal said that no solid evidence has been found in the murder case of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) student Fardin Noor Parash, hence, nothing can be said as of yet.
He made the remark on Monday in response to a question from journalists after the discussion meeting organized on the occasion of the 9th anniversary of the Naval Police organized at Rajarbagh Police Auditorium in the capital.
Referring to the fact that the police spoke on the basis of evidence, the Home Minister said, ‘There is no such information yet. Still Harun (Additional Commissioner of DMP – Detective Branch) may have said something.’
The minister said, ‘We cannot comment anything this moment. Things will become comprehensive after the post-mortem report comes.’
