Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina unbothered by visa policies, intimidation: Obaidul Quader
Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader said Prime Minister Sheikh Ha sina is not troubled by any visa policies or intimidation.
The minister said the opposition BNP had failed to wage a movement to topple the government and would fail to win the general election as well. It (BNP) had not been able to do anything of note in the last 14 years and would not be able to do anything in the future either.
Obaidul Quader added BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman fled to London on an agreement 16 years ago that he would not participate in politics anymore.
The minister said, “The same Tarique Rahman now says that there will be no shortage of money, ‘We will bring down Sheikh Hasina by holding protests’. Tarique Rahman is showing the arrogance of money to BNP leaders and workers. Where did all this money come from?”
He also claimed that the people all over the world have figured it out that Tarique Rahman has laundered crores of taka.
