Who is the next prime ministerial candidate of BNP?

Who is the alternative of Sheikh Hasina as the Prime Minister in the politics of Bangladesh? Awami League general secretary Obaidul Quader said the people would not accept a fugitive accused as a leader from across the Tames.

He asked the question to BNP leaders at a discussion meeting on the occasion of the 75th birthday of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, daughter of Bangabandhu, organized by the Awami League’s sub-committee on agriculture and cooperatives on Bangabandhu Avenue on Monday (September 27) morning.

Mentioning that the BNP is dreaming of removing the government through agitation, Obaidul Quader said that if the fire and terror is repeated like in the past, then the BNP will back down again. He said the BNP will see mustard flowers in its eyes when all the mega projects of the country will be launched one by one in the future.

Mentioning the name of Sheikh Hasina as the most risky politician in the politics of Bangladesh after ’75, the general secretary of Awami League further said that the bullet of conspiracy has not left her behind yet, yet Bangabandhu’s daughter Sheikh Hasina is moving forward fearlessly to build the golden Bengal of her father’s dream.

Obaidul Quader also commented that BNP and its allies do not see the development of the country because they see the darkness of night in the light of day.

Citing the Bangabandhu family as a rare example of honest politics, the Awami League general secretary said Sheikh Hasina did not create any alternative power house with her children. We have to learn from Bangabandhu family.
