“I (Aryan) went to the cruise terminal,” Aryan’s lawyer Satish Manshinde told the court during the question and answer session. Arbaaz was waiting for me there. I know him well. We set off for the pleasure boat together. As soon as we got there, they (NCB officials) asked me if I had any drugs with me. They searched my bag. I was also searched. But they did not get anything. Then they took my phone. And I was taken to the NCB office. I was allowed to see my lawyer at two in the morning. ‘

The NCB had sought remand of Aryan and other accused till October 11. During the hearing of the case, the NCB claimed to the court that some links were found on Aryan’s phone as Pictures Chat, pointing to international drug trafficking. And some codenames have been found from Shah Rukh’s son’s mobile phone chat, which has informed the NCB court to extend Aryan’s remand for rescue.
