Jared Leto, K-Pop celebrity group BTS and  very  popular actor Ranveer Singh are some of the celebrities who wore so-called women’s clothing with aplomb.

Last year, pop singer Harry Styles shattered straightjacket male dressing stereotypes when he appeared in a flowing dress over a jacket. Styles said that he loved playing dress-up since childhood and was inspired by British icons like David Bowie, Freddie Mercury, John Elton who experimented with their styles.

Remember Pushpak Sen who went viral in April after he posted photos of himself donning a black and green saree?

Sen, who hails from Kolkata, has created a buzz on social media again for his photoshoot on the streets of Milan, one of the world’s major fashion hubs.

Sen recently posted pictures of himself wearing a black saree with a blazer on it. A bold red-coloured bindi and classy sunglasses completed his look.

“Being a man in a saree would take me nowhere they said. Guess who’s walking in it on the streets of one of the major fashion capitals of the world?” Sen wrote while sharing the photos.

The pictures are doing rounds on social media. They have been liked more than 1,900 times. Netizens loved Sen’s look.

One user said, “That red bindi on your forehead has enhanced the beauty. Truly mesmerised.” Another wrote, “The red bindi just makes it even more beautiful.”

A third user commented, “You really drape your sari very well. Stay blessed and enjoy what you do.” Yet another added, “Slaying.”

In November last year, Sen had grabbed online attention when he said that he sent a ‘get well soon’ message to his relatives after they shamed his mother for wearing lipstick. He sent the message along with a photograph of himself sporting lipstick of the same shade and colour. He had also used eyeliner to pose for the picture.
