The final T20 which turned out to be dead rubber following Bangladesh’s four-wicket and eight-wicket defeat in the first two matches, will be held tomorrow (Monday) at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium.

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) though didn’t disclose who were dropped to make their way, it is learnt Saif Hassan, who opened the innings with Naim Sheikh in the first two matches, had already joined the side’s Test probable in Chattogram. Saif scored 1 and 0 in the last two T20 matches.

The departure of Saif raised a prospect of Emon’s debut in the third match. On other hand, Bangladesh also had to bring up a bowler in place of Mustafizur who is highly unlikely for the third match following his side strain. Shohidul Islam may replace him if he is unavailable. Kamrul Rabbi also could make T20 debut as the team management is pondering a rest for Taskin Ahmed.
